Und für alle die sich fragen wie der gute Shawn das gemacht hat, hier die Erklärung: „A lot of people are asking how I did this. It’s pretty simple. I just put the camera on its’ lowest jpeg setting, placed the camera into continuous mode, and locked the shutter down with my wired remote. The oil is being dumped into a tall cylindrical glass, with about a cup of water in it. The whole thing is lit from behind by a diffused clamp light”.

ARS ELECTRONICA MUSEUM

This is one incredible audio visual performance Zachary Lieberman, Joel Gethin Lewis and Damian Stewart created for the Ars Electronica Museum in Linz, Austria. The building has a facade that contains 1085 LED controllable windows. The windows’ colors are changed in realtime with music that’s broadcasted on speakers surrounding the building.

Einmal nen Song am Stück bitte. Das Video zu Nyles „Let the beat build” wurde in einem (!) Take gedreht und aufgenommen. Dafür gibts beide Daumen hoch. Aber so was von smooth.

Designed for the Red Bull Music Academy 08, Guten Touch is an interactive installation that involves people into a natural relationship with technology. A two projected display system plus a 3m x 2m multitouch wall showcase applications designed to engage us into human friendly experiences rather than flashy and jaw-dropping visualizations. Space Invaders hitted by foam balls, pixel paintings created with brushes and digital objects holded by hands try to blur boundaries between real and digital.

‘The Seed’ is a short film made by Johnny Kelly about nature’s life cycle. He used a mixture of stop motion papercraft and 2D drawn animation. It was commissioned by Adobe to promote their Creative Suite 4. See more nice stuff on the Adobe Artists website.
